At The Naked Canvas children are allowed to tap into their creative juices and express themselves artistically! The Naked Canvass have special packages just for children. Mom and dad can relax with a spa treatment or enjoy an art workshop, while the little budding ‘picassos’ are creating their masterpieces!
Courses offered for children at The Naked Canvass:
Painting
This course caters for children from 2 years and up. In this course your child’s artistic abilities will be enhanced by teaching them how to paint using water colours & acrylics. While their little imaginations will run wild and having bucket loads of fun, each child will create a beautifully framed, varnished painting that can be displayed in your home or given to someone extra special!
Personalised Pottery
Your child will be given the opportunity to capture their creative talents in a beautifully decorated pottery set to treasure forever!
Customised Jewelery
Does your child have a passion for bead work and the finer things in life? Allow your child to master the technique of making a necklace that will be one of a kind to show off to friends and family.
Fabric Painting
Do want to let your child have fun,just let lose and go wild? Let them come and paint their own t-shirt, bag, table cloth etc! Important painting techniques will be learnt to allow them to paint absolutely anything onto the fabric – there are no limitations.
All Sorts & All Crafts
During this course, your child will make their own toy. Whether it be a puzzle, dollhouse furniture, piggy bank or mini garden. Your kid’s craft will be converted or adjusted for durability and practicability.
Creative Play
This course is aimed at stimulating the young child through creative play and crafts by combining the course-work and research of various creativity courses, special needs and occupational therapy. Fine- and Gross motor skills are stimulated while awakening the child’s inborn creativity.
