This is a Christian Academy and they believe that Martial Arts is a fantastic vehicle to bring about a good, godly and positive influence in people’s lives and so they use martial arts as a tool to fashion character and motivation.

They are registered with the South Africa Sport Combat Association and the South African Amateur Kickboxing Association, both organizations are registered with the Martial Art and Game Committee of South Africa (MASA), which in turn is registered with SASCOC.

Their fascinating classes:

Junior Sport Karate – for grade 1 – 4
The children don’t only gain karate skills, they also develop self assurance, discipline and character. The goal is to progess from Basic Karate techniques to Sport Karate / Martial Arts where there is more expression of individuality and creativity in the student.

Kick Boxing
Kick boxing is a martial Arts based Sport that incorporates the fundamental techniques of Karate, Western Boxing, French Savate, Tae Kwondo & Mauy Thai

Self Defense
All classes include monthly sessions of self defense classes in areas of unarmed combat and self defence such as Ju Jitsu, Hapkido, Krav Maga, Street Self Defence, Karate etc

Muaythai
An excellent fitness, toning and weight control method with the added benefit of learning a Martial art.
