Using the rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon, Rhythmic Gymnastics Club is a great place to not only become fit and healthy, confidence is also developed when these new skills are mastered.
In competitions, only four of the abovementioned items are used. The routines are performed to music and last between 75 – 90 seconds.
Beginners course:
One group lesson a week with professional coach. All equipment is supplied.
Students will learn -
- basic gymnastics
- body elements such as balances, jumps, turns, flexibility, acrobatic elements
- apparatus techniques
For intermediate and advanced gymnasts, they recommend you take as many training hours as possible to speed up the learning curve and increase enjoyment.
