Air Safety Pilot Academy | Rand Airport, Germiston
Anyone over the age of 17 can learn to fly and the Air Safety Pilot Academy offers a comprehensive range of basic and advanced flight training courses.
While the Private Pilots License is essentially for leisure flying, you will need a minimum of 40 hours of flight training, the Commercial Pilots Licence is for if you want to earn a living from flying.
A Night Rating entitles you to fly at night, while an Instrument Rating is useful for both the PPL or a CPL licence and allows you to fly in adverse weather conditions.
You can learn to fly in three weeks if you want. The fact that they are open seven days a week means students can schedule their flying times to suit them.
Their Air Safety courses are set out according to South African Civil Aviation Regulations and conform to International Civil Aviation Organisation standards, which means your license will be internationally recognised.
With excellent flying instructors with a passion for flying, Air Safety Pilot Academy is an excellent place to take to the air.
