CONTACT CENTER DYNAMICS, Black female owned & managed private training provider has
now been in operation for 3 years. We are currently in our 4th year of business.
During this period we have won 3 industry awards through BPeSA contact centre industry
body. These have been “ Trainer of the Year – 2008” , “Best outsourced Training provider –
Emerging 2009” & this year we are a finalist in the same category!
We believe these achievements are a testimony of the passion and resilience we have
displayed in our business especially during the very challenging period of 2009 & 2010.
Our current training projects include 40 NQF Level 2 Learnership allocations funded by BPeSA
Western Cape and hosted by employers ADT & Direct Axis. These L/ships are in the process of
being completed with the learners with 85% retention rate to achieve the Nat Cert: Contact
Centre Support. We are currently doing frontline consultant sales training for Santam Pty Ltd
for both their Bellville & Auckland Park Personal Lines contact centres.
Our previous training projects have included DTI – Business Trust Monyetla pilot phase in
2007 & 2008 with host client international BPO TeleTech SA, where our Consortium achieved
87% highest trained to employed success ratio. Desiree Lang is featured in the “Ready to
Work” video of DTI & Business Trust having won the “Trainer of the Year” award regionally in
2008 for her outstanding work on this project.
Valued captive clients we have completed training projects with to date are: City of Cape
Town, Edcon financial Services, Progression Total disability services – clients Hertz, VW &
Imperial and Woolworths financial services.
We are accredited with Services SETA & Umalusi. Our training programmes are aimed at the
skills development of Consultant, Team Leader & Contact Centre Managers. We are viewed as
a key emerging Black female owned & managed provider of operational & technical training to
contact centre staff in the SA industry.
We believe our niche in the market is that we ensure our client receives a solution that is
taken back into the operational contact centre departments. We go on site to enable staff to
practically apply the skills that they have been trained in; thereby ensuring saving of time and
money for the business through immediate improved productivity; it provides the client with a
measureable ROI.
