As a Personal Trainer you will improve the health of your clients by using different types of aerobics techniques and gym equipment. This will improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.
Personal Trainers are different from gym instructors as they offer one-on-one training to their clients. Students who wish to apply for this course need to gain Aerobic & Gym Instructor Certification first.
After successfully completing this course students can either start their own practice or work in a fitness centre.
