When dealing with clients and the public within the workplace it is very important to do so in a professional manner. When a customer deals with someone in a company that is unprofessional it will give them the idea that the company is unprofessional. Thanks to this it is not only the staff member that has a bad image but the whole company. Make sure that you are a benefit for you company and not a rotten apple.
