Salon Magic Academy of Hairdressing | Durban

Established in 1994, this hairdressing academy is an accredited Hairdressing Academy and a full time salon that realises the need to look attractive ad fashionable, and offers education and training in this particular  line.

The environment at this academy is conducive to learning, and Saroj Govender, who holds a National Diploma in Hair Management, lectures the students who love to come and learn here when they discover how passionate and dedicated she is. Students can study full- or part time and there are evening classes as well.

The academy is accredited with the South Africa Qualification Authority (SAQA), the Sector Education Training Authority (SETA) and the Education Training Qualification Authority (ETQA).

The course offered – each course offers various other exciting components:

Consultative skills/scalp and hair treatments
Chemical reformation of hair
Colouring and lightening of ladies hair
Haircutting and shaping
Designing of ladies hair
Proficiency in Salon Services
Life skills training is also incorporated into the  courses.
