If you have a valid first aid level 1 certificate and would like to further your knowledge and be recognised as a First Aider, then this course caters for you!

After successfully completing this First Aid level 2 course you will be able to:

- Apply the principles of Safety and First Aid
- Understand implications of the medico-legal aspect
- Assess and treat burns
- Apply First Aid in the case of various injuries.
- Manage soft tissue injuries including foreign objects
- Examine and assess a casualty, apply dressings, bandages and slings
- Assess and stabilise head and spinal injuries and provide    follow-up care
- Understand basic Anatomy and Physiology
- Stabilisation in the case of pelvic, abdominal and crush injuries
- Render adult, child and infant CPR
- Recognise and treat Epilepsy
- Manage multiple injuries
