i Lead Training Courses

Established in 2003, once you have had an au pair or nanny trained by Sugar and Spice, you will be able to relax in peace knowing your children are in trained, experienced and loving hands. These courses are endorsed by Baby Sense, guaranteeing that training is the very best. Based on the principle of Whole Child Development, Sugar and Spice teaches with the elements of intellectual, emotional, social and physical well being in mind.

The courses which last for four weeks – 3 hours once a week – include amongst other topics, valuable subjects such as -

• developmental milestones
• essential first aid, including CPR and mouth to mouth
• routines and time management
• nutrition and menu-planning
• avoiding the transmission of HIV and TB
• learning through reading and music …… and others

Courses are offered in Cape Town and Gauteng.
